RULES TO DOMINATE || KASHISH GUPTA

 Everyone wants to dominate, whether a man or a woman, dominance is something signifying the essence of superiority. If you're in a room, your psyche demands your dominance in that room. Being recessive doesn't favor the law of existence. Hence there's a need to establish your dominance.

What dominance really is!

Dominance is nothing but your ability to make an influence or an impact. It's the validation of your power and your strong influence over others. Now, mind it, I'm not favoring some dominance using violent methods or something like that. Here dominance is simply the ability to make a strong and powerful impact of your personality over others.

This dominance separates you from the crowd and helps in raising your bar of self-esteem. It's your strong impact and your dominance over others that help you attaining a sense of leadership.

How to Establish dominance?

Your dominance decides how you're going to be treated in your society. So, I'm gonna describe five rules to build your dominance. Let's go!

Rule 1: BE REAL

So, I'd seen people keep on pleasing others in order to gain attention or some appreciation in any term. This attention arouses the feeling of dominance. Now, there develops an idea of attaining this attention, by using the trick of pleasing others. In order to please others, they start acting fake. They continue wearing that mask of being counterfeit almost all the time just for attention, but what's the purpose of that attention? It's absurd, thinking that you go out of the way to please people just to make your impact. You just end up entrapping yourself in the pit of misery and deception.

Now, it's quite obvious that we work on the principle of validations and appreciation and then establish a bar of our dominance accordingly, but there's no need of proving the same by hiding your reality and showing your fake side. It's wisely said, ''It's better to be real and rejected than being fake and accepted.

Rule 2: DON'T LIE

Lie forms the pillars of your insecurities. You're not confident of yourself and hence you take the advantage of lies. This lies feeds you with a sense of satisfaction, that is just meant to fulfill your hunger for supremacy for just a short span and finally ends up entrapping you in the pit of regrets and resentments. So, how can someone make a dominant effect by lying. By lying you not only betray others but your very own self as well. This lie doesn't gonna satisfy and validate your existence in the long go, so, it's better to speak the truth, no matter, how hard and painful it is. Say a big 'No' to lies.

Rule 3: EMPATHIZE

You can easily dominate someone by empathizing. The two most important components associated with empathy are Compassion and Sympathy. You can easily dominate any conversation and make a deep impact of your speech by expressing the same using others' end of perspective and by showing some compassion for them. Empathy forms one of the most important components for bringing out the best conversation and hence is the most desired communication skill. A person is a leader not because he knows how to make people work instead, he knows how to bring the best out of people by empathizing them and showing sympathy, instead of aggression and apathy. Empathize to dominate any communication!

Rule 4: FACE YOUR FEARS

So, the very basic thing that hits our mind while discussing this whole topic of dominance is Strength, Confidence, Power, etc. No one ever thinks of fears because we are neither programmed nor prepared to overcome our fears. This society made you so fragile that you don't subject yourself out of your comfort zone. You don't want to participate in a game involving risks and failures. Your fear of failure, etc never let you dominate the situation. You are unable to express your thoughts freely because of fear of being judged, you don't compete because of your fear of failing. This all doesn't strengthen you, instead makes you weak and underconfident as hell. Your ability to face your fears determines your dominance in the room. Face your fears and let your courage speaks about your dominance.

Rule 5: EXPECT APPRECIATION BUT DONT RELY ON VALIDATIONS

Now, you probably did something marvelous and out of the box. In your eyes that thing stands extreme and beyond the level but it's quite possible that your mate may find it boring or not up to the mark even. You were expecting appreciation, instead, you got demotivating comments and dejections. After the whole thing, you were disappointed and resentful. This ultimately leads you towards misery and disappointments because you relied on the validation of the same person. You don't need to rely on anyone's validation. If someone appreciates you, it's well and good, but if he criticizes you or demotivates you, don't let that stuff hit your consciousness. Believe in yourself and don't rely on others validations to prove yourself. You are the king of your castle and you are the only dominant person out there.

Don't be a Retard, Be a Leader.

Learn to dominate!!!!

UNDERSTANDING THE MEANING OF LIFE || PHILOSOPHY OF SANT KABIRDAS

 Before getting into it, let's recall something, Kabirdas was famous for, i.e his poetry or The Dohas. The most common Doha right now coming to mind is;

ऐसी वाणी बोलिए मन का आप खोये ।

औरन को शीतल करे, आपहुं शीतल होए ।

Kabirdas was having a deep sense of understanding, of what life really is, what's the purpose of our life, and what's the meaning behind our existence. His philosophy was quite clear-cut and simple. He, in a subtle way, described the whole aspect of life, that completely revolves around truth, divinity, and spirituality. His poetry is a complete reflection of his philosophy for life.

Hindu - Muslim unity.

Kabir was raised in a Muslim family but the teachings and ideologies of Kabirdas tag him beyond any religion. He was a disciple of Guru/Swami Ramananda. Kabir Das was the first Indian saint who coordinated Hinduism and Islam by showing a common universal path. Kabir preached impartially and hence is embraced and accepted by all religions. He always favored following the religion of love and unity and condemn the religious practices of Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, etc. He promoted the idea of ''The true religion of heart and soul''. Kabir was against the hypocrisy being served by people in the name of religion.

Kabirdas and Spirituality.

Kabirdas always supported the One God concept. The whole philosophy of Kabirdas consists of the union of the ''Jivatama'' and the ''Paramatma''. Jivatama is a term given for an individual soul and Paramatma for the Supreme soul. According to him, the ultimate goal of human life is divinity and that divinity can only be achieved when humans rise above hate, lies, and envy, and only then the whole purpose of life can be fulfilled.

Kabirdas never supported idol worship. He always objected the ritualistic and ascetic methods as a means of salvation. He believed that God is omnipresent and omnipotent.

मोको कहाँ ढूंढें बन्दे, मैं तो तेरे पास में ।

ना मंदिर में, ना मस्जिद में, ना काबे कैलाश में ॥

Kabirdas and Social Evils.

Kabirdas neither supported idol worship nor favored the temple and mosque system. He criticized the sacrifice of animals in the name of religious ceremonies. According to him, sacrificing animals in the name of God is an unpardonable sin. He was against false rituals and superstitions of both Hindu and Muslim religions, which have no relevance with the enrichment of the human soul. He strongly condemned the caste system. His poetries were full of satire and hence he succeeded in denouncing the fake religious gurus of both Hindu and Muslim communities and won the heart of people of both religions.

Result.

The writings of Kabir were far beyond the simple level of understanding. His two lines can be broken down at different levels with different aspects and different meanings and that was the beauty of his writings. Though seems simple, but, at a philosophical level, you can't find anything deeper than that and maybe that's the reason Kabir was able to revolutionize the stuff.

Now ending the Kabir's philosophy with his most famous and the most influential doha, which literally had a great impact on my life as well;

बुरा जो देखन मैं चला, बुरा न मिलिया कोय ।
जो दिल खोजा आपना, मुझसे बुरा न कोय ।।
